This scoping review followed the methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O’Malley and was informed by updated Joanna Briggs Institute guidance for scoping reviews (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005; Peters et al., 2020). The review was reported in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR; Tricco et al., 2018).
